Opened in 2016 on the Caesars Palace floor with the Frey family — the people behind the late, great Casa Fuente — among its partners, Montecristo had its hundred seats designed by the Rockwell Group into four rooms: the Signature Bar, the Library, the Courtyard Bar, and the Vault. Pick your speed; the cigar is the constant.

The Humidor

Four hundred square feet, climate-held, built to house a thousand cigars — among the largest walk-ins on the Strip. It's the kind of inventory where the question isn't whether they have it, but which vintage.

The Bar

Whiskey is the second language here: the list has run to Pappy Van Winkle 23 and Yamazaki 18, with a hundred seats to drink them in and bar-top video gaming for those who like a hand of poker with their smoke. The 208-inch video wall makes it quietly one of the best game-day rooms in the city.

The Clubhouse

The semi-private room takes up to ten, books on OpenTable, and eats off a menu from Bobby Flay's Brasserie B — steak, smoke, and whiskey without leaving your chair. For a celebration dinner that ends in a cigar instead of a check, this is the move.
